5 TIPS OF EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION


Here I leave 5 tips to know for sure what is effective communication:

1) You should analyze your speech such as tone of voice, posture, and even writing grammar and vocabulary.
Our body language may be saying one thing, but our tone of voice may be telling another. Therefore, we must understand that our communication is made in 73% non-verbal language, and other verbal language.
You must focus on acquiring the ability to have an adequate volume of voice. This includes changes in volume and the use of an appropriate tone.
A good tip that I can give you is, that you find a good friend, and after talking with her, I ask your opinion to know what message you convey with your body language and how is your voice. It is also very important to know gather constructive criticism.

2) We all have different communication styles. There are people who want to get to the point as there are others that are more reflective. Therefore, analyzing the person and understand their way of adapting to communication, will be an advantage for you.

3) Know how to listen to them carefully and assertive. Active listening is an important component in understanding the people with whom you interact.

4) Check the gestures of the eyes and hands.

5) When speaking, remembers moving to a steady pace, using the breaks when needed, enunciating words correctly.
