Cultural Globalization...
The Globalization affects not only the economy but also to the culture. Not long ago, when communications were difficult, ways of life and customs were very different from one place to another. Each company had its particular way of dressing, preparing food, to interact with others or to entertain. Currently, in our interconnected world, these differences are giving way to dominant cultural models that are spreading throughout the world with cultural globalization.
Among the features of this process we note the following:
- The global interconnectedness is extending certain customs and ways of life around the globe.
- The cultures of different peoples are becoming more common aspects.
- The most widely spoken languages spread rapidly worldwide.
- Some important ideas, such as respect for human rights or the value of democracy are spreading to all corners of the Earth.
